If sending a check or money order, please make payable to "Deborah Stevens" without any business name written in the payee line whatsoever. Please note that we CANNOT cash nor deposit any checks or money orders made payable to any business entity. We can only deal with checks or money orders made payable to a person. Please do NOT make checks or money orders payable to "Rule Of Law Radio" or any other permutation of the name of our radio show or the network. The reason for this is because we do not have a business checking account at this time associated with this venture and it is very strict standard banking policy everywhere in the US that any checks made payable to a business name can ONLY be deposited into a business checking account bearing that particular business name and CANNOT be endorsed over to a personal checking account nor even any other business checking account for that matter. It is common practice that checks made payable to persons may be endorsed over to other persons, however checks made payable to a business name CANNOT be endorsed over to a person. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, however the fiat currency banking system has imposed this restriction, not us. Rule Of Law Radio will be restructuring our accounts receivables in the near future so this will not be an issue.
